Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email cam@appianway.io with your order number to let us know, then send the item back unused and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the item price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving it back (or of you showing proof of postage). Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

If something arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to post anything back unless we ask.

Lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 working days, get in touch and we'll chase it or reprint it.

None of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
